The starting point.
Pieces of History was born in 2015 with the ambition to offer unique spaces under short-term rental to tourists in Lisbon. It later expanded operations to Porto and the Algarve, and later into long-term rental. It operates within i2L Invest, SGPS, alongside the Central Pharma Group.
The brand values are clear, creativity and innovation, sustainability and robustness. The institutional site exists to present the three lines, local lodging, properties, and rentals, in one digital space, coherent with the positioning.
What it needed to solve.
- Bring three different business lines, local lodging, properties, and rentals, into a coherent institutional site, without losing the identity of each.
- Serve at once the curious tourist, the investor, and the prospective tenant, audiences with different rhythms and expectations.
Three decisions that shaped the project.

Three lines, one structure
The site was built around three autonomous sections, local lodging, properties, and rentals, each with its own rhythm and type of content, but within the same navigation and the same visual system. Tourism visitors enter through one door. Investors enter through another. The building is the same.

Values translated into visual decisions
Creativity and innovation, sustainability and robustness. These values translated into concrete interface choices. Sober typography with editorial signatures, real imagery instead of renders, generous white space. Nothing decorative, everything intentional.

Group hosting on the same side
Beyond the Pieces of History site, we also host the websites of Central Pharma Lab, KingsVillage, and i2Linvest. A single hosting relationship for the group, with the usual support in case of punctual intervention.
What shipped.
An institutional site that covers the three business lines of Pieces of History, local lodging, properties, and rentals, with coherent identity across all of them. The hosting relationship extends to other domains of the group, which simplifies the digital operation for everyone.
