The starting point.
Farmácia Leitão Ribeiro has served Pontinha since 1978 and is a local landmark. It is part of the Central Pharma Group. It had history and the community's trust, but no online presence to match, people looking for the pharmacy or its services could not find it easily.
The goal was to give it a professional digital home that conveyed both neighbourhood closeness and the solidity of the group, showed its many health services clearly, and that the team itself could manage and update without depending on the studio for every change.
What it needed to solve.
- Bring together in one site two things that rarely coexist, the closeness of a neighbourhood pharmacy and the robustness of a group, without one cancelling the other.
- Explain seventeen health services simply, and give the team the autonomy to keep the site alive without touching code.
Three decisions that shaped the project.
The group's brand, applied in detail
We started from the Central Pharma Group brand manual, the colours, the proprietary typeface, the logo, and applied them in detail so the site was unmistakably the pharmacy's. The writing was crafted to measure, in a warm yet rigorous voice that speaks directly to the customer and explains each service by its benefit to the person, not by the technical term.

Real social proof, not decorative
This pharmacy's strength is its relationship with the people it serves. We gave that pride of place with real photography of the space and the team, and three genuine customer testimonials, with name, face and consent, in a carousel that gives each story room to breathe. Seventeen services were organised into five health areas, easy to browse.

A site the team maintains on its own
The pharmacy edits text and photos and publishes blog articles simply, without depending on the studio. We prepared the site for local search, so it shows up for people looking nearby, optimised speed and designed mobile-first, since that is where most people search. Privacy policy, cookie policy and consent window were handled, and we installed visit analytics.

What shipped.
A pharmacy with nearly 50 years now has a modern, credible online presence of its own, faithful to the brand, fast, easy to find on Google and managed by the team itself. It went from invisible online to a digital storefront worthy of the trust it already holds in the neighbourhood.
